????? I want to give a huge shout-out to Genesis and her manager, Jennifer, at Extra Space Storage Pearl City for their amazing customer service and for truly taking the time to help me. I was extremely concerned when I found out that my monthly storage rate was going to increase by almost $100 more per month. The rates have already increased several times throughout the year, and another increase that large was becoming something I simply could not afford. Genesis was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to see what she could do to help. Instead of just telling me there was nothing she could do, she took the time to look into my account and worked with her manager, Jennifer, to see if they could get approval to lower my monthly rate. Thankfully, they were able to help me, and I cannot express how grateful I am. Genesis, thank you so much for taking my concerns seriously, advocating for me, and making the effort to find a solution. And thank you, Jennifer, for working with her and approving the assistance. It made a tremendous difference for me. While I do wish Extra Space Storage would reconsider how frequently their monthly rates increase, I truly appreciate having employees like Genesis and Jennifer who genuinely care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to help\. Omg genesis, was so helpful even though I asked her to show me multiple and I mean multiple spaces… not once did she not have a friendly attitude, even the other associate manu made me feel super comfortable there. In fact the whole experience was easier than I thought . And I’m ver thankful for genesis and manu’s … they made it easy and simple. Mahalo
