I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to meet your manager at the Benchmark location. Steve was very helpful in finding me the best value for the space I was looking for! In addition, he went over and above in helping me get my 5th wheel in the site. This saved me a lot of time, that otherwise I would have had to wait for my wife to come down. Great facility, very modern and great management!

Update 3-26-26: we moved out after 3 of 4 months, prepaid. They were very good about refunding my last month even though I didn't give them much notice. The price was going to go up from about $200/month to about $300. That's in line with other storage lots but still too much just to park our RV(covered storage). We moved it to our acreage. Original Post Reasonable prices and great and clean lot!
