Jamie and Kirk made the whole storage move in super smooth. This professional duo worked to find the right size unit for my needs and provided amazing personal attention. Have used ExtraSpace before and will continue as their staff and facilities are really without comparison when compared to other storage options. Would highly recommend ExtraSpace and specifically the Benchmark location to anyone looking for extra space! An awesome update about the ExtraSpace team. The level of customer service, attention and understanding was above and beyond. Being far from my storage unit, it provides a huge sense of comfort using this top notch facility, watched over by an outstanding great team. I highly recommend not only ExtraSpace, but specifically this location.

Clean / safe facility. Paid two years up front for $175/mon. Renewal came due and they offered me the new rate of $335. After some back and forth the lowest they could do was $255/mo. That is a 50% increase. After 1 month I gave my move out notice and then was offered $195 (bout would have to escalate to mgr. I really don’t like giving my money to businesses like that.
