To sing the praises of the staff member who helped me on a Saturday morning with changing units and working with all the technical aspects of would take at least a week to sing! The staff member at Extra Storage Space in Meridian on Records St. was informative, kind, and quickly adjusted to my changing needs for storage. I was excited to move to Boise for a new job, but your staff made me feel wonderful and right at home with my new home! Thanks so much!!

I went there with a lock and expecting to just punch in my security gate code. Then I had problems and getting frustrated with the whole thing! I went inside. I'm 60 yrs old. I don't know how to work what I call my stupid phone. It's a smart phone. Do I went in and spoke to the young man behind the counter. He then helped me with the Bluetooth app and,...( " what!!! ' ) You mean all I have to do is get close to the gate and it automatically opens???? Then just get close to my unit door and it automatically unlocks??? What???? WOW!!! Thank you so very much Adam for your patience and calmly explaining how easy it is to just open the gate and unit through that Bluetooth deal. As I left I threw the lock in the bed of the truck cause I reckon I ain't needing it for anything. Extra space storage is an experience that is nothing like any other storage place. I have heavy equipment there an relaxed that it's completely safe. Thank you extra space storage And thank you so very much to the young man behind the counter ( ADAM,) For schooling this old cowboy that not everything is complicated. Tony,

Service online and in person was great. Facility is clean and secure. Electronic entry for gate and doors works well through the app. Don't have to buy a lock!
