I have rented a unit at this location for two years now. That unit basically has held my entire life; everything I had in my home, except for what I needed to live with daily had to be quickly put into a storage facility. The last two years have been very tough on me, and many months were harder than others to pay on time. They were ALWAYS willing to help me figure things out. Every single person that I spoke to was always nice, respectful, called me by my first name, and just overall friendly! That means a lot to me coming from a business, because it's a rare find anymore! It definitely helps to encounter people such as these when you're going through difficult times!! You won't find more friendly, kind, understanding, easygoing, patient and compassionate human beings at any other storage facility! I recommend Extra Space Storage in Meridian on Amity 10/10! As long as I need a place to store my things I will always use this facility. The Customer Service is unbelievable! Kirk has gone above and beyond for me and I simply cannot thank him enough! If you get the chance to ever work with Kirk at Extra Space Storage, you should consider yourself very lucky. I've also worked with Jamie, Doug, Josh, and a few others.... every single one of them were amazing!
