I want to thank Charles at Extra Space Storage for the excellent service? I believe he is the assistant manager, and honestly, I can’t fully express how wonderful he was with me. I’m going through a difficult time right now, and he made me forget about everything bad for a few minutes. He made me laugh, we talked for a while, and he even helped me solve a problem with my phone. ?it works now ??? He is truly an excellent worker — kind, professional, and compassionate. They start you out with a low price and then unexpectedly raise the price $100 with no warning. The manager tells you ahead of time that’s gonna happen at some point and then says if you call her up, she can do you a favor and drop it another $25. In that last for a few months and then it goes back up again. I hate Unexpected price jumps and I find their pricing very deceptive. I have used a lot of rental places in my lifetime and but this is by far the worst. Go somewhere else.

Nice place clean and feels safe. Very friendly staff. Helped me out and it worked out perfectly. Was using that unit for over a year and my stuff was safe price didn't go up much at all. Kirk's good people.
