RENTER BEWARE OF MAJOR RATE INCREASE. Rates will increase up to near double after your first 90 days. Then you call and tell them, they are inlybable to offer whatever tue current promotion is, only becuase you can cancel your current rate and rent another unit at promo rate. I have 3 units as of right now. My first unit started at $130 and after 3 years its over $300. My covered unit started at $119 and in less than a year it went up to $229. They lowered it to.... $209. At this specific location half the time i try and call i get no answer, or I stop by with a sign on the office door stating they are out of the office for the day. I often end up calling Kirk at the location down the road as he is always there and uas always been very helpful.
