Friendly and accommodating. Very upscale and modern facility. I just began renting here so not much to add about longevity, but so far so good, I don't see anything that could go wrong from here. Boy was I wrong and changing my rating and notes. Hook line and sinker! A bunch of reviews talk about raising the rates on you after you get settled in. I didn't believe it, I love the facility, it's clean and well organized but... it's true, billing started out consistent, I thought ok, this isn't what I've read about they're lagit, cool place. I was wrong, although I could see them adjusting rates a little bit here and there, they raised it almost a third higher than what we are currently paying! Raised it $70 that's astronomical and totally out of line. I could live with maybe $35 which still. They've got you over a barrel at this point. Shame on you Extra Space, I was a total advocate until now. I will cuss you every time I go through the gate and will be out of there as soon as I can find another place. You don't seem to care much about the negative reviews addressing this subject so I don't expect you to change anything for me or anyone else. People will either pay it or someone else will take the spot. I litterally think this is the mentality here. Folks you've been warned, have a backup ready when this happens. Or just pay it. And look at the BS we appreciate you concern responses they come back with. It's obvious nothing is going to change, THEY DON'T CARE! NEXT CUSTOMER PLEASE. Yep and I just spoke to Josh and he said they will all do the same thing so don't think you can go to another Extra Space and get any different treatment. He said, and I quote, yeah after a few months, they will increase your rate. This should be a crime
