This business deserves zero stars if I could possibly do that. I was lied to by the manager, standing 3 feet away from me when I rented this location. I discussed I was moving from another location due to a huge rent increase. She assured me that’s not how they operate that was a lie three months after I rented they came at me with a 87% increase. This is outrageous. I opted not to stay there a manager or so-called manager by the name of Ruth her name could be rude I guess because that’s what she was very rude offered me a rate of $152 if I would like to continue renting with them. When I went to the location, I spoke to Missy, the store manager missy was offering me. The lowest rate to anyone pays $154. I guess they should coordinate a little better when they’re gouging. People also know the thing that I noticed is look at the lawsuits against extra space Storage possibly they’ve settled him due to exactly this problem. They bait and switch. This company deserves to be run out of business run I warned you. If lies deception gouging is what you want from a business. This is your place. This business harassed me to death to give them a great review. It’s obvious they want a great review just before they screw you. What a horrible place to do business with And this HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company sends me offers for a 50% Off Halloween special. This is the most DISGRACEFUL DISHONEST place I’ve ever done business with. I don’t know how these crooks sleep at night. I wouldn’t waste my time here. You’ve been warned people. RUN and RUN FAST.
