I went to rent a storage space today and was assisted by the manager Juan F. He was awesome!! Courteous, polite and efficient!! He took time to explain the process, walked me to the storage unit and showed me how the process works and how to gain entry. This was such an effortless process and I really appreciated it because i havent rented a storage unit in over 20 years. The building is secure and well lit and the storage units are clean with great lighting!! If you’re looking for a storage location around or in Berwyn, this is the place!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I ONLY HAD THEM FOR THREE MONTHS. IT WENT FROM $118 TO 220 SOMETHING DOLLARS THEN THEY SAID THEY’RE GIVING ME A BREAK AND DROPPED IT TO $183. I WAS SICK IN THE HOSPITAL WITH BREAST CANCER, AND THESE INDIVIDUALS NOT ONLY CHARGED EXTRA FEES THEY ALSO CHARGED A FEE FOR FORECLOSURE AND IT WASN’T EVEN ENOUGH FOR FORECLOSURE YET THEY PUT IT AS A PRE-FORECLOSURE FEE SO FOR TWO MONTHS THEY CHARGE ME ALMOST $600 GO TO PUBLIC STORAGE BUT DO NOT GO TO EXTRA SPACE STORAGE THEY EXTORT THE CRAP OUT OF YOU

Had a great experience with Juan Forester! He was so polite, informative, and considerate. The tour was great — we got to see the unit we were interested in and noticed that the spaces (outdoors, hallways, etc.) were very clean! I greatly appreciated the speedy service.
