By far the best experience ever! Due to human error earlier in the day, my unit was not able to open upon my arrival. I was able to use the kiosk because this was after the store clerk was gone for the day. The service rep Shan, was able to transfer me to another unit, so we were able to unload. The location is updated so you are able to use the app to open the gate as well.

I need a map to find the unit because the numbers weren't in the same order on the unit as the email. Other than that, clean, and ready. The lack of more than 1 person having rights to discuss the unit with the office is frustrating.
