Great storage unit. Had been here for over 3 years. It has gotten expensive with the cost tripling since I started but it is a clean facility with great staff.

This location is one of the cleanest and nicest facilities I’ve been in of theirs and the manager Lequnda is such a nice, professional and courteous person. I wish I could give her six stars.

I couldn't be happier with the experience that I have had with Lequnda, the store manager at the 333 W. Ohio St., Chicago store. She has been very understanding, helpful, and knowledgeable. If she is representative of all your managers I would not hesitate to recommend Extra Space Storage to others needing temporary storage.

Great experience. Easy to get in and out of the units. Climate controlled and place is super secure so stuff feels safe . Lequnda at the front desk is helpful and always around. Will come back

Very nice and clean facility. The manager, Saul, went above and beyond to us assist us when moving out, including helping us look for misplaced sunglasses, which he didn’t need to do. Very friendly. Would recommend.

Management was great to deal with! We recently moved into the building and use them for parking. They were also very accommodating when we moved in. Their facility is very clean, safe, and secure.
