I was happy with my storage unit for 6 month. I paid for those 6 months in advance to get best rate. After my 6 month lease ended they increased my price 60%, I knew it will go up, but never expected to go up 60%, I wanted to prepay and stay for long time, but after my call they said they can lower a little, but still put me in 45% increase. So, I’m very disappointed. Like always they give you a good bite to hook you up and then hit you with reality. My advice: if you decide to rent, add 50%-60% of real price you will get 3-6 months after you signed up. Don’t want to say anything negative about people working there, they were nice and polite, just the company it self, that they don’t look for long term clients who were willing to stay for many years. So, definitely I’m not going to give them more of my business, moving out!!!
