I’m really happy with the storage unit! It’s great that everything, from getting in and out to the final move-out, is all done online. Plus, they called me to welcome me and gave me directions on how to get the best access to the unit and how to use the app. It’s was a fantastic place to keep my things until I was ready to bring them to my new home. PRICE DOUBLED IN 10 MONTHS/LIGHTS KEPT SHUTTING OFF AND LEAVING ME IN THE DARK When I rented my storage locker on 08/01/2025 the price was $131.50. Two price increases and 10 months later (06/01/2026) the price had more than doubled to $281.50. There was no notice of the price increase (the contract said they didn't have to give notice). On 11/01/2025 I opened the app to pay my bill and surprise - it went up $50. On 06/01/2026 I opened the app to pay my bill and surprise - it went up $100. The lights were motion activated and would stay on for certain periods of time, On multiple occasions I would be moving something in or out, and the over head lights would turn off. I would stand there waving my arms trying to get the lights back on. This happened in the public areas and in my storage locker. Sometimes it took a minute or 2 for the lights to come back on. When I told the guy in the office about this he simply said extra space did not own the building and there was nothing they could do. I will never rent from extra space again but did give them 2 stars because the facility appeared clean and I never saw any evidence of mice/bugs/etc.
