I had a nice run here for almost 2 years but this month my rate went from $67 to $123 without any notice. They say an email was sent but no one can tell me what the title of the email is or who it was sent from. I have checked the date they sent it. I have checked my spam. I have searched far and wide in my email but still no notice was found. They cannot give me a refund only a credit for one month after. But i will be moving out of the unit with this being the new rate. Just be careful that it can happen at any moment and they will not accommodate. UPDATE: Because I moved out immediately they were able to refund me 74$ of the $123.
