My husband and I recently rented space at the Besly Ct. storage facility. We had just moved from out of state. Our movers were moving our belongings into a unit storage when they realized there was not enough room (--at all! like we needed 2xs as much space!!) We had to change out multiple units. Ivette R. provided assistance to me during this very stressful time, even though, it was time for her to go home. She was patient, kind and understanding and extremely helpful. It meant a lot to receive this kind of support during this challenging time. The facility is well-run, clean and the units are easy to access.
