Good and bad. Staff is pleasant and helpful at move-in. Units are secure and clean. But my units almost doubled in rent in two years. Finally, I consolidated from two units into one 10x10 unit and I was told that one unit would actually be $20 more a month than my two units. Go figure. It was clear they were happy to get me out so they could charge someone else even more but it was quite inconvenient to have to move. EDIT: I was heartened to see the owner respond asking me to get in touch. However, after leaving messages at both the facility and the number that was indicated, I never received any response. Disappointing.
