Upon arrival I was emailed that a lock would be inside the unit, unfortunately there wasn’t and they office said it was close due to the staff stepping away. I had already unloaded things out of my car to bring inside and had to wait around the area because I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my things without a lock. The space is nice but a better greeting would be nice

Highly recommended! I want to say thank you to Store Manager Iliana, who has provided outstanding customer service to us as we signed up for and moved into our unit.The facility is clean and well lit. Everything feels highly secure, as multiple entries are required to get inside. LOVE that dollies are provided at the doors for everyone’s use, On a last note the entire facility is on the ground floor, which makes loading and unloading very easy.Thank you!
