My experience started with a clean parking lot. Clear directions on where to enter the office area as well as how to access the storage units. Once inside, clear directions to call or text the staff, if they weren't in the office. A professional speaking young lady answered the phone. And after introducing myself and my intention, she met me at the office door within minutes. Nancy met me with a smile. It was like a reunion, seeing a family member from long ago. After viewing the super clean facility and unit, the sign up was completed in a professional manner as well. Keep up the good work Extra Space, you've got an excellent location here on Des Plaines Ave. And Nancy,, the best Manager, with Personality Plus!

We are so incredibly happy with our experience here - Nancy, the manager, was absolutely outstanding and I can’t recommend her enough. Moving and everything it entails can be so stressful, but she made everything easy for us. Such a great change since Nancy has came here. Nancy and V were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and kind. They answered all of my questions with a warm service smile, not always found in many establishments. I walked away clearly understanding my storage agreement and their willingness to support my storage needs going forward. This location is clean, easily accessible and well lit.
