The location and facility was great. Always clean and easily accessible with the open up drive inside a covered garage to load and unload your property. My unit was spacious and clean. I'm rating this experience 3 stars due to the rapid increase. I went from paying $100 in 12/2023 to $190 four months later. Recently received a letter stating in Dec of this year it'll increase to $247. That's a major increase in a year.

My experience with Extra Space storage was great. Very easy access to my storage unit, even though it was on the second floor. The elevator did go out of service for a bit of time, but the employees made sure to prorate my bill for the time that I couldn't use the elevator to move some heavier objects. The employees are a 10/5 and all of them deserve a raise! Great experience, would highly recommend.

So far I’ve enjoyed the ease of online setup as well as speaking with a rep to complete my process he was very polite and helpful. I also liked the drive in bay it’s awesome keeps you out of the rain, heat or cold of the environment. I only wish there was 24hr access, maybe in the future.
