Typical storage place, they get you in with a reasonable rate then 3 months later JACK IT UP! I started at $130 and it jumped to $218. It's not like it is all that special, the unit is outside. Edited to 1 star after talking with store manager (Niko). He was unwilling to reduce rate, even though its advertised online for $161. He made the claim there was only 1 available and going rate is $222. I've been at this facility for a few months. Public Storage (which I had a bigger indoor spot) kept my rate constant for 2 years. I move to this place as it is closer to home but it's also smaller and as I get rid of things I will eventually not need. Time to write the state legislators, Michelle Mussman and Laura Murphy about the bait and switch practices of storage units.
