Very friendly. Great service. John wants to make it so easy to store and ship. Looking forward to a long relationship. I have been using Extra Space Storage in Lincolnshire for over a year now. The last two winters have had some particularly cold days and I think the staff goes around and oils all the locks to keep them working in the cold weather. I used my unit the other day and oil spilled out the little hole in the back. I would have never thought to put oil in there and it was a lifesaver! The staff is always so friendly when they drive by and often stop and chat a bit. I ship materials for trade shows and they have even offered to have return shipments sent to the office instead of my home and will put in my unit for me. Their service goes above and beyond any other storage facility I've used and it's why I stay with them.

This is the second time I've rented from Extra Space Storage and they are super accommodating, easy to set up a locker easy to get into the buildings. Everything is straightforward and clear. Spaces are so clean. This continues to be a good experience for us. Easy to prepay.

Beautifully maintained. Always feel safe And that they keep an eye on things. Appreciate the staff at this location. Nicest lady who is friendly and helpful while switching out summer for winter things in my storage area
