We have had a unit here for over 2 years. This is the 3rd company to own it. Not happy our unit price has went up twice since we 1st got it. Don't think price should go up for people who have had a unit. Idc if it's new owners. Can't wait til we don't need a unit anymore. Edit: I did reach out via chat and spoke with a Nancy a few days ago. She said you guys would call Lane since the storage is under his name, and you guys still haven't called him. I also tried speaking again through chat and no one answers.
