In a world of dirty, rundown storage places, Extra Space really sets itself apart from everyone else. In particular the way you are treated as a customer. Liz (Asst. Manager) has always gone above and beyond with assisting me, is professional and gets you your answer quickly. Having a personable and helpful person in the front office goes a long way. We store our travel trailer/RV here. One of the rare areas with covered storage, which is a huge plus. The lot is paved, everything is clean and well maintained, security cameras everywhere, and easy in and out. In particular if you have a recreational vehicle, this is the best place I’ve ever found.

Rate increase, normally annually , seemed exceptionally high, 30% plus. I went to location and person on site was out but sent the calls to sister location. Person there was understanding, looked into it and was able to lower the rate to a reasonable increase. I appreciated the kindness displayed and extra effort she made for me . Great customer service!
