The new ownership was great. Turns out Cube Smart sold to Extra Space Storage and I wasn't notified by Cube Smart. Thankfully, Brent from Extra Space Storage explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Awesome customer service. Very friendly and professional. Place is still very clean and it was a pleasure to speak with someone in the office. It is the 2nd time renting a unit at the location and hope with the new company, all will go well. Off to a good start. Awesome place. ????

I stopped in to get information on a storage space after I saw that it had been changed to Extra Space Storage. I have always heard great things about Extra Space. I was not disappointed. Extra Space Storage was excellent dealing with an issue . I spoke to Brent in the Naperville location. He was very attentive and went the extra mile. He handled the issue and called me back letting know of the resolution. The customer service was exceptional. It is nice to know that my stuff is at a facility that values their customers.

I like having the experience to enter my storage indoors. My experience with receptionist in Naperville was not great. Lady was sarcastic and upon entry into the office, we just did not hit it off well. The communication was off and it could be the military uniform I was wearing. Some times it put up a wall of communication barriers. They see the military uniform and they see military discount. I work in military fulltime and don’t always want to go home and change out of uniform. The location in Woodridge was very nice and people were professional. I relocated my storage unit because of the distance to my new home. Just closer distance to drive otherwise I would not have cancelled.
