I wish I could give you a 4.5 instead of a four Facilities is fairly nice My only complaint would be besides the lights in the main area. They should have some lights between the larger lockers so there’s some overhead light in there. Could make it motion activated, like the rest of the building. Decent amount of access points, but would be nice if they had a code lock on every door I understand why they don’t because then it could be a fire risk with people parking around the building. I’m mainly referencing for cigarette breaks lol Some outlets inside the building would also be nice so that way we could charge our devices while we were loading and unloading things not to mention so we could run a shop vac on clear out day Staff is very friendly. I would give them a five out of five. I have dealt with either the same or various people over the years can’t tell they don’t really bug you. For the most part, I would say I’ve never had an unpleasant experience with the staff besides them closing for lunch Which if they choose to do so I’m not against, but it should be listed in the Google hours Mainly, they only have one person running the daily hours. I’m sure it’s a lot for one person especially if there’s a lot of people moving in and out. Sometimes the staff is assisting other clientele, and the front is left unattended. Another complaint that I have but this one’s understandable as well would be the place should be bigger. The largest locker that they have for inside use is 10 x 30. This may sound large, but the max width of 10 feet can be problematic I’m referencing for business use, should be 15 feet since each standard shelf is like 2 feet Which makes it cramped plenty of height to double stack a shelf though which is nice Prices are acceptable It would be nice if they kept the promotion pricing, but obviously considering how large the building is, they need to make a return on it so as a small business owner, I understand For a long time user kind of sucks if you were to run the locker for a short period it would actually be in your favor I would recommend visiting this place, especially if you have short term storage needs The location is very convenient considering it’s right off the highway

Devan in the office is THE BEST, she's not only knowlegable about her job but takes the time to listen to any questions or concerns and then finds the solution with YOUR best interest as the 1st priority. As for the storage space itself, we had an outside access climate control unit. I believe it was 20x10, it was very clean when we got it. I would definitely recommend this place and use it again myself. I only had 1 major issue, and I'm not sure if it had anytjing to do with the business switching owners, but after 3 months the price went up significantly on our unit and we were in no position to take everything out and move to another unit to start another "move in special" so I suggest you ASK ABOUT THAT. other than that this place is AWESOME.
