The facility itself is very nice. A lot of different rental options. However they are a typical storage business in that they raise the rates every few months. I don't believe they know how to keep existing customers, because the reasoning they give for raising the rates is always inaccurate. An example would be stating that it is supply and demand or that is the going rate. Whereas the seven consecutive units the same size as the one I was renting was empty for at least six consecutive months. They've officially lost me as a customer. After 5 years of continuous rate increases, I had enough. New customers pay 50% of what my rate was.

Super easy to reserve and rent a locker on the phone. When I stopped by the day before I was planning to move stuff in discovered a lock still on my unit. Aidan, the manager, took care of the issue quickly and got me set up. Place is clean and so easy to access my unit. I recently had to rent another unit for more storage due to a plan to move. When I called they not only were able to secure another unit in a size o needed but discovered a discount I qualified for. Excellent customer service. This facility is so clean and there is always a dolly available for moving things.
