Assisted my sister-in-law in getting a storage unit. She was not available to personally go in. I was. Matt from Extra Space Storage assisted us in getting this set up. My sister-in-law was on the phone. He made the process smooth. Guided us in the right direction. He was very friendly and so was Oscar, who was also in the office. The move-in was easy and everything fit perfectly, as Matt said it would. I give this place two thumbs up. The price was right. Matt did not try to oversell. The unit is locked in at a prepaid rate for six months. If it ends up not being needed for the full six months, it is refundable for the months that are unused. Hope this review helps the next person that is interested in a storage facility. I’ve used another well-known facility in the area and was not happy.
