Let’s update this now: The message below reflects my experience over two years ago when I initially believed Dez to be an excellent manager. However, my perception has changed significantly. Earlier in July, there was a major break-in, and a person I had always trusted allowed my belongings to be stolen without even informing me. If I hadn’t called the storage, I would have remained unaware that he had been transferred and that my items had been stolen. I firmly believe that this incident was orchestrated by someone within the organization, and I am hopeful that the South Holland police will diligently investigate and obtain all relevant footage to ensure justice is served. I live out of town and he knew exactly what was in my storage. To anyone if you ever move out of town please, please gathered your things and move them with you. Before: If you think I’m joking you just have to go to this location to see how much the manager Dez really appreciates and tries to help his customers. Thank you for always extending your great expertise and customer service to me! Still the best customer service in town!!!!
