Celeste, the new manager at this location is very helpful with her clients while keeping a kind demeanor. Not to mention, she’s also bilingual! I’m genuinely glad that there is a fulltime employee here who speaks both English and Spanish fluently. She helped answer all of my questions, and she does an excellent job at keeping the facility clean!

Jessica was super helpful in getting us transferred to a smaller unit. She answered all our questions and it took just minutes to get it all done!! Update: Spoke with Celeste today about some payment and insurance inquiries. She was as helpful as could be!! Very polite, clearly spoken and repeated herself to make sure I understood everything.
