Nice that they have inside temp controlled storage. We weren't expecting that our 1st 3 month were "promotional pricing" and it was going to go up 67%, but that could have been on us. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. (Especially Fabian at the 42nd street location, Indianapolis) She always had an answer and a smile, very polite and really came off as a caring person. You can really tell she cares about her customers, and how they are treated. They have hand-carts to help you get your stuff to the units, and an elevator if you're on the 2nd floor. They give you a lock and several keys when you get your unit.

Fabian is outstanding!! Professional, personable, and very transparent. We needed a place to store our camper and were relieved when we found this place. Fabian got us setup that very same day and was flexible when we went and dropped it off. It’s also nice to work with someone so friendly! The world needs more people like Fabian!!
