Maintenance workers were there to repair a plumbing problem. Nice guys. I had to make 2 trips in to the location after being told that there was a water leak. Total cost of over $55 for gas plus over 4.5 hours travel time. I have requested compensation for my expense. I was supposed to be called 2 weeks ago but never got a call.

Not bad price wise & easy access to the unit. Downside, I've had issues using my Bluetooth to open my unit. It takes a few times. Makes me think, since there is no key, what would happen if your phone stopped working or Bluetooth not receptive! It's literally relying on tech to get your belongings.. Not sure i trust that long term. I'd like if they had backup keys

I have been renting space at the Merriville space for several years. I have been very pleased with the customer service and friendliness of the staff. I particularly like the bins to transport items on the elevator. This is so much better for transporting items that don’t need to be on a dolly. It just makes storing so much easier. The security gate and cameras are another added bonus. I feel more safe here than previous spaces I’ve rented. Keep up the great work guys….Corey you are a gem!!!
