My husband and I did our application online on a Sunday. We had no clue that we couldn’t get in until the office was open due to the facility having a soft launch. It made us a little angry because we wouldn’t be able to go again until next week. We did go on Saturday and had to call for them to open the door and get our code. The manager was super helpful and explained the process to us and gave us the code. She showed us to our unit and where the entry way was from our unit. There is still work being done but overall I’m really happy with this storage unit. It’s close to home, allowed us to have enough space to store items, and has Dollie’s so we didn’t have to go back and fourth. I wish it was a little bit cheaper but overall I’m happy.
