?? ?? IF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST, You’ve found the right place !! ?? ?? My company needed a storage unit to keep packages and parts available for local technicians. We needed the office to either accept packages or provide the delivery folks with a means to access — which they do both! (“Accepting” packages is of course within reason) Booked the unit, called the manager, Sarah , no less than ten times in a week with “walk me through it” and “what if” questions. She is very informative, offered solutions to little speed bumps, and never once (and I can’t stress this enough!!), sounded annoyed or gave me simple, unhelpful answers. NOT ONCE. And the kicker is, that same week a company policy changed and we need to move to an inside unit. Super Smooth. AND I can book units for other cities through her too!! HIGHLIGHTS: - Indoor units are accessible by keypad only - They offer numerical or key locks so whichever suits your needs best - are totally upfront and honest about pricing and services. HOW REFRESHING, right?! ?? ?? - I’ve spoken with two of the staff and just as polite and helpful. ———- DEFINITELY USE THIS LOCATION!!

Very good place to rent and very well People in the establishment. The only downside is, it’s not a 24 hour enter facility. Other than that, very pleasant experience.
