Staff was very nice took me out to show me the units because I was going to get a bigger unit but I thought I had more stuff size units were and I realize I didn’t have to go. That was very helpful so hi MARK the staffing there.

On April 23'rd, I stupidly ran my battery down while looking for some of my things in my unit, and just my luck, it happened ½ hour after all the the people working at the surrounding businesses had left for the day. Previously they were in and out all the time, in parking lots adjacent to the storage. So I could easily have just asked for a jump. Luckily for me, April (I THINK it's April. I said, "Oh! Like May!") (a blond woman with a big red pickup truck) had not left yet, and not only gave me a jump, but gave me her jumper cables after I mentioned that the last set I purchased hadn't worked when I needed them! (How do you assemble jumper cables that don't work? It's just two huge conducters with clips on both ends! Bad on Walmart! $45 jumper cables that don't work! She went well above and beyond her duty, and would be an asset to anyone employing her! I'm so sorry I'm not sure of her name, but it was a Month. Like May.

The place is clean, and signing the rental agreement online was super easy. The process of accessing the unit was also straightforward. The person who answered phones was helpful in answering a few of my questions before renting!

I came to Extra Space unsure of which type of unit would fit my needs. The manager on duty, Sarah, was extremely helpful in explaining units, location, and sizing. I never felt pressured into making a decision on a unit and she didn’t hesitate answering any questions I had. I haven’t needed a storage unit in almost a decade, so I was a little shocked with the cleanliness, options of units, and costumer service that is offered at Extra Space! How times have changed!
