I’m not normally one to complain much or even speak on bad experiences but the lack of professionalism at this location is unreal. I’ve had a storage unit here for about a year now, the first few months were wonderful. No problems, friendly and helpful staff. I came across my first problem in December / January. I spoke with the office manager and had my account put on AUTOPAY in October, for 2 months the auto pay drafted, all of a sudden after the first of the year they stopped. I received a call two months later, telling me my account was in “auction”. For about a week, we went back-and-forth discussing about what the issue was and the underlining answer I got was it was “they can’t figure out what was was so it was the customer fault”. Which before I asked if any auto payment start or stops are noted in accounts which I was told they are, and of course, there was no note in my account. 7 months later, Rarely anyone is in the office, every single time I’ve called I get sent to voicemail, and the responses to voicemails are scarce. I would just like the same type of effort that you guys give when you guys are collection money, when I need assistance.
