Space was exactly what I needed for the season to store my little teardrop trailer. They were super helpful when I needed to find the right space to fit it at the beginning, and super clear and helpful with move out. Highly recommend! If I need storage again, I'll be coming back.

While the facility is super clean, secure and easy to access, the real star of the show is Cathy! Cathy has gone above and beyond to help us secure our first floor unit, working overtime with me and our long-distance moving company to coordinate the arrival of our trailer, working for several days with the local moving company to make the move as smooth as possible for everyone all while helping us successfully navigate getting such a large unit for all of our belongings and making my family feel welcome since arriving in Maine. We’ve rented 4 other storage units over the years in different places and with different companies and never have we ever had someone as friendly, helpful and comes up with good ideas to help us on a pinch as Cathy- we are grateful for her help and am so happy we found Extra Space Storage in Saco!

The person working at 9:45am on Memorial Day 2025 was extremely pleasant despite it being a holiday. She was super helpful in taking care of my atypical request. I hope she is in a managerial position at this location. If she isn’t, she deserves to be. A+ professionalism.

The best storage experience I’ve ever had. The managers are responsible, polite, and understanding. I’ve never had any issues and always been able to access my unit, even during inclimate weather. If I could give 7/5 star I would!
