Online process to purchase storage unit was very easy. Loved that I didn’t have to talk to a person to get a unit, received code throw email for gate and keys were inside unit waiting for me for lock. Couldn’t have been easier.

My family and myself just moved to the New England area from Florida. We lost everything in hurricane Helene, and for the past several months it just seemed as though nothing was going smoothly! I was so pleased when we arrived to our storage! The young lady in the front office was so helpful and friendly! Once I got in the back to my unit I was blown away due to the cleanliness of the unit ,I had all my cleaning supplies ready to go because the last unit I rented in Florida was absolutely trashed! We were literally able to just put all of our things inside and move on to the next task! Thank you for being number 1 in your field! Then I went back in yesterday because I felt that I was overcharged and the young lady that helped me in the office. She was a blonde with a heavy accent. She was more than helpful.

Staff is always polite and cheerful when you walk in. Always have warm welcomes. Lobby and unit hallways are always clean. Never trash in the yard. Even the elevator is always clean and sanitized. The ladies also are helpful when you need to vent to someone. Keep up the great work ladies. Payments are flexible to a point but always affordable.

The team here is amazing. It might be "just storage", but I've never had better customer service in any retail outlet in New England. The facility is super clean and very well maintained and the staff is always available, very receptive to questions, and more than happy to help in any way possible. Highly recommended!
