I've rented space here for 6 years and was very pleased with the staff and with the condition of the property. My only concern is with steady, steep increases in rental fees, including multiple increases within a single year. I relocated to another storage facility for this reason alone, and would have preferred to stay with Extra Space otherwise.

From start to finish, registration was great. Samantha in Topsham was friendly and easy to work with. Addendum 2 + years later: it changed ownership , wasn’t as clean but still decent. I moved out because the rent DOUBLED.
