My experience with the Extra Space Storage in Hampden at 3634 Falls Road was fantastic, first and foremost thanks to Gloria, whose friendly and helpful assistance made check in easy, checking out a breeze, and who helped make my every visit quick and efficient. Thanks Gloria! ¶ In addition, the location was perfect for my needs, with enough parking to make visiting easy. The facility itself is clean and dust-free, with carts available to carry heavy items. ¶ The monthly texts confirming payment help remind you that you're paying to keep things in storage, which can be an incentive to make space for them. Be on the lookout for rate increases after the agreed-upon incentive price expires, and feel free to call Gloria if there's any confusion about that. But be nice to her; she'll do her best to help, but she doesn't own the company. Happy moving!

I’m not sure about the company and how they sort out these rates are kinda mobish ! …. Oh but the Employees are definitely 5 stars !! And especially the falls road location in Baltimore md!!!! Miss Gloria really did her big one for me . I can’t thank her enough Just explaining everything to me and calming my anxiety and really helped me.. I’ve been with extra space for almost 3 years and there is no loyalty for the re occurring costumers but like I said if it was not for the people who work there and keep it clean my business would be elsewhere ??
