What a great experience! Not only was the price great. I wasn't "sold" anything that wasn't necessary. I was made aware of what was offered. It's super clean and very safe. The unit was so prepared when I entered it, with an inexpensive lock , so I didn't have to go get one. There were carts at the entrance to make the trips to the unit easier and a loading dock that we pulled right up to. This just felt easier than other moves to store things. Lastly, their follow up was great.

Facility was always clean, secure and well managed.

Steve was awsome about providing me with the storage size that best met my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and it shows that he cares about keeping your belongings safe and secure.

Have you ever met someone who is genuinely a good person? Just the salt of the earth person? That is Steve, the manager at Extra Space Storage! I will caveat this review by saying that I’m not an actual client of Extra Space Storage, however I absolutely had to write about my experience with Steve. I attended the Orioles post-season game on 10/1/2024 and parked my car in the parking lot at Extra Space Storage. After enjoying the game, I made the trek back to my vehicle to head home. When I got home, I immediately realized I had lost my wallet. Everyone knows that dreaded feeling of losing their wallet…it’s not fun. While cancelling my credit cards as quickly as possible, and ordering a new driver’s license, I tried to think back to when I last had my wallet. I was convinced I lost it somewhere along the walk back to my car, and more than likely in the parking lot where I parked. I almost went back that night to look for it. Nevertheless, I resigned to the fact that the wallet was gone, and mine and my wife’s information was now with whoever picked up my wallet. The next day my wife called me at work to say “you were right! Your wallet was in the parking lot…the manager at the storage place found it!” Steve found my wallet while clearing the parking lot. He did some Googling and found mine and my wife’s contact information. He called the first phone number he came across, which happened to be my wife’s. He explained to her that he found my wallet and that I could come get it anytime. I called Steve to express my gratitude for not only finding my wallet, but making the extra effort to find out how to reach out to me. After work, I went back to Extra Space Storage to pick up my wallet. Steve greeted me with a big smile and said he recognized me from the picture on my license. I chatted with Steve for some time, and even FaceTime’d my wife so that she could meet him. She and I were both excited to meet someone who would do the same thing we would…and that’s do the right thing, even when no one is looking. Steve did what he did without any hesitation, without any expectation. The world absolutely needs more people like Steve…a good human being! Thank you, Steve…for being you!

I rented a storage unit at this location for about 2 years and I had a wonderful experience. Steven did a walkthrough of the property with me and told me about everything he was doing to keep the place safe and clean. I didn’t have issues with any critters which I was very nervous about. Steven really puts a lot of effort into keeping the place running and I could not recommend this location enough.

Convenient location downtown. Safely Gated and well maintained renovated warehouse storage units. After researching a few places they were the best choice in the area. Definitely recommend.
