I transferred from a 10×15 unit to a 5×5 unit on 9/1/26. In this instance, this only requires the difference of the balance to be paid & to sign the new Lease. Alvaro was only covering this day for the actual Facility Manager that wasn't able to make it in that day. He was quick to act, ready to assist from the start of his shift to finish, he listened, problem solved, provided solutions. I even left the Facility to handle business before I returned. At the last minute, Alvaro listened to my questions and concerns regarding transferring. Once he heard my concerns he delivered a solid solution. Rather than drawing up a new Lease & paying the extra (Administrative, Lock, full Monthly rate fees) Alvaro credited my account $20.00 & waived the Administrative fee. I had my own Lock. All of these factors saved me a great deal! Once we wrapped up the transaction, Alvaro got me exactly what I asked: A transfer. He also saved me a lot of what I would've had to pay with just any other Storage Manager that doesn't go above & beyond! Alvaro empathized with my circumstance, he listened, and executed. Anytime he got stuck or needed to do extra research or make calls to get around an issue within the transaction he did just that! I felt confident that he could handle my concern. He actually went above & beyond! This incited me to want to leave a review for him. Some folks can do their job, nothing more. Alvaro goes above & beyond. That's rare! In the end, he configured my transfer better than I expected. He was pleasant to work with, more knowledgeable than others I've experienced at storage facilities, he provided quality solutions. Thanks so much for your hard work, attention to detail, and dedication Alvaro! Your knowledge saved me some money & gave me relief during a stressful time in my transfer process. He covered all bases.
