Initially we called at 1-800..:: & the gentleman that answer was very nice don’t remember his name & we set a schedule to check the Storage; Then we went to see the unit and Jade the property manager was there. She was extremely helpful and very friendly and made the whole process very easy, She showed us the available storage that we needed and decided to get it. Thank you Jade. Highly recommended this place. Updating: After couple months they increase the monthly payment, I recommend pay attention every month, because they increase couple $ without notice, we decided to re-search and we got the Second Unit, now we have 2 units, maybe this time we keep the same Price, we hope not change. Updating (I was paying $174.44 Monthly): Before FEB04/2025 the Storage sent me with a short time of notice (6 days before) a New Bill for $382.00 (Increasing Monthly $207.56 Approx.), so I had to call them to get an answer about this ridiculous increase. For my Family the Storage is an Extension of our House, because we have extra space to store the seasonal decorations and I got multiple Shelving to keep organized everything and easy to find them; after dealing with the price anyway they Increase $31.80 on my monthly payment (New Bill $206.24). The Storage must send a Notice to their customers at least One Month, In Order to get the chance to find the way to deal with the Price or take it out everything stored in before running out time. In the future IF they increase again the monthly payment, we already decided to Find another way to store, could be a building a Shed on our patio (One single payment) or find another Storage Company (Better price). Updating FEB27/2026; again I have received a mail notification that again they will increase the monthly payment from $232.74 to $448.98 , so this is a ridiculous monthly increase of $216.24

The service was good, this lady by the name of Daniel was very helpful and professional. However, apart from the awesome customer service I am a little uneasy about the increase in the price of the storage unit after 6 to 9 months. Other than that this is a great place to store your belongings
