Customer service from Chanel was superb all the help and information they've been able to provide me has been extremely helpful and I would recommend this location to anyone they're willing to work with you and are flexible to meet your requirements if you have any questions you could always call in and they always call you back and follow up and they love the calling and check on you when things are not going as planned. I had to go through a little bit of a financial crisis and they worked with me to the best of their ability to keep my stuff from going to auction and having to throw it away I couldn't tell you how much I appreciate her assistance. The bad part was when I finally retrieved my items. It was feces all over the place most of it had to get thrown away. After retrieving my belongings they informed me that they are aware of the infestation. It took me so long to the acquire the payment in the past payments for this location I went there just to do a paid to vacate just to get the items out of there so I wouldn't have to keep being charged each month I moved all the way to Charlestown West Virginia I had to get up early in the morning take the bus from Charlestown to Harpers Ferry the train from Harpers Ferry to Washington DC another train from Washington DC to Baltimore a bus to get from the train station to downtown transfer to another bus to get to Baltimore County go pick up a U-Haul truck bring it to the location just to discover all my belongings have been not well kept...
