Place was clean, could use a larger parking area, it is a bit tough maneuvering a trailer around but all in all a nice place.

Just moved and had no place to put my things. Didn’t know what I was going to do and it was on a Sunday at that! So I turned on my computer and found Extra Space Storage, and was able find a reasonably priced unit that would accommodate my needs. I was able to pick the unit, pay for it, and move my things in that day! All this was done online without having to wait or speak with anyone. From signing up my lease/rental online to when I start taking my stuff in the storage, I cannot say anything negative to Extra Storage. I am so far excited moving in my stuff. I forgot the gentlemen who I spoke over the phone. I wish I remember his name. He was super helpful and was so kind to give me directions to get in the building. Thank you so much for your help. Extra storage thank you for hiring this man. He did an excellent customer service. Wish more companies hire kind human beings. I cannot wait to get my daughter's storage in Pittsburgh. Hopefully the employees over there is as super nice as this man.

Really like this storage facility. Very clean, easy to access, and staff is very friendly and accomodating. I was able to upgrade my unit due to an initial error during sign-up. I was also given the cheaper online price, even though I was a walk-in! The price is very reasonable and the first month’s rent is free. I have rented storage units on two separate occasions previously, and Extra Space Storage tops those places in every aspect. Highly recommend!
