Frank, the Manager at Extra Space Storage in Jessup, Maryland, is exceptional. We needed help navigating for what is our first RV rental storage space (starting a new phase in life) and he was truly outstanding in providing very responsive, friendly and professional support. Andrew there was also very helpful for the initial call to guide us in holding the space and everything needed to navigate for the app to handle managing the account online. I love this place and the manager Jason and employee were outstanding. I had an issue and they were kind, courteous and made the process so much easier. I have been using this place for 2 years now and it is always spotless and well taken care of. Highly recommend !
