Hi! Aaron was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, thorough, helpful, and most of all friendly. The process was seamless without any hiccups. I love my unit and location. I’m so happy that I chose this spot to store my belongings as I was previously considering another location but everything happens for a reason. So convenient and so satisfied. Thank you again Aaron for your awesome service! ?? ?? Update (late August 2025/early September 2025): I just leased another unit at this location with the help of Jason! He too was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Again, I greatly appreciated the swift, thorough and easy experience while obtaining my new unit. Jason, the Site Manager got me set up with 3 units within 10 minutes time!?? I couldn’t have received a more efficient experience on short notice! The process of getting set up remotely and locks being sat inside ahead of time meant that I could get in the day of, even post office hours w/o having to meet anyone on site and provide any hard copy materials or info. Most pleasant self storage experience yet!
