Above and beyond service!! I had a miscommunication with my movers which resulted in me no longer needing my unit that I rented. The ladies at Extra Space in Reisterstown gave me a refund for the unit, no questions asked, because they empathized with what I was going through. Clean space, well taken care of, easy communication with staff, no bs billing, and climate controlled! I highly recommend.

The ladies at this location were fantastic. I was able to first tour the building and see the two units that I had reserved, before paying. Great professional service, very knowledgeable concerning the facilities, and patient AND understanding when the customer forgets her ID and, subsequently, wants to change to a larger storage unit (yes... I am the guilty party!). The storage facility was reasonably priced and very, very clean. Very impressive. There appears to be a storage unit available to fit everyone's needs...from the college dorm furnishings to the studio/apartment furnishings to 3-4 bedroom home furnishings as well as Business furnishings. You must go see this storage facility!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the team at this Extra Space location really impressed me. Giselle and Terry were both fantastic—super friendly, professional, and patient while helping me figure out exactly what size unit I needed. They walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and even gave tips on packing so I could fit more in the space. The property is clean, well lit, and easy to get in and out of. Thanks to Giselle and Terry, the whole process was quick and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs storage.
