I had an amazing experience at this storage facility and I have to give a huge shoutout to Isaiah. From the moment I walked in he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. It is rare to come across someone with that level of patience, attention to detail, and positive attitude. The facility itself was clean, organized, and secure, but what really made the difference was the customer service Isaiah provided. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my unit and understood all my options. If you are considering this location I highly recommend it and definitely ask for Isaiah if you can. He is a huge asset to the team and deserves recognition for the outstanding job he is doing.
