This Facility is very clean,it did have a mouse problem 6 yrs ago but they seemed to have address it throughly.I have rented from this organization for 6 yrs and the rent increases was too much for my budget.The final straw was when they went up on my unit for $80 more dollars a month.....,$80.,l was in disbelief,not $10,not $15. but $80.l went through a difficult separation & this Facility was a Blessing to store my many home items at the time(l'm not a store).When l called the Windsor Mill location a lady answered & said maybe l should down size,that's when l decided to relocate someplace else.l called Corporate and the call was redirected to the facility l rented from(go figure).I've seen tall ladders from time to time that was tall enough to look into one's unit & take pictures of customers belongings(maybe thats why the drastic increase came about). Upon my moving out of the storage,l seen a young lady cleaning there so l asked was she the one l spoke to on the phone and why the drastic increase after l had been there so long,l paid on time & never a late payment,she said Corporate makes up the increases so you don't be there too long.Whaaaat,l thought that was one of the dumbest thing I ever heard. What does it matter how long someone rents,that helps to pays everyone salaries, collectively.With a stupid economy, stupid tariffs and stupid people in this Administration,most businesses seems to be taking a cold advantage of the Consumer & that is unacceptable,Unbelievable but Believable. ?????
