My experience at Extra Space Storage was truly a pleasure.Julia, the young lady in charge was even better than that! Firstly, I was unfamiliar with the entire renting storage experience. I called & told her I was coming there. She greeted me warmly for starters. Julia patiently, & I mean patiently walked me thru the entire process, which included viewing the storage unit & all that that entailed. She answered all my questions (& there were quite a few) along with adding a few answers to questions I never asked. It was a very comfortable, enlightening & positive experience to say the very least. She made my decision in storing my "stuff" there an easy one.
