I used to have a very positive opinion of this storage facility, which is why I’m disappointed to see how my experience has changed. After renting here for about two years, I’ve experienced repeated price increases, including another $100 increase after previous increases. When I questioned the latest increase and asked whether there was any consideration for a long-term customer, management refused to work with me and told me that the increases would continue. What concerns me most is the way the pricing and communication are handled. As a long-term customer, I feel the costs have continued to rise while the customer service and willingness to work with customers have gone in the opposite direction. I was also informed of a $66 late fee if payment was not made on the same date. I’m sharing this because my original review reflected the experience I had when I first became a customer. My experience today is very different. I encourage anyone considering this facility to carefully review the rental terms, fees, and how often rates can increase before committing. I believe customers deserve clear pricing, transparency, and fair treatment—especially loyal customers who have been renting for years.
