This storage facility is secure, clean, and climate-controlled. They have carts you can use to move stuff in (via ramps and garage doors and elevators) to make your move easy. Jen was in the office when I first arrived and gave me directions to my unit. (I did have a map in my email with access instructions, but it was nice to have a personal touch.) Jen is very friendly and helpful; she even switched out our key lock for a combination lock at my request. The smallest storage unit was sufficient for 4 college kids to store all their things over the summer. Perfect!
