I worked with Ana as I was planning to move my dad north from Florida and she was amazing. I had to plan the move out so I wasn't ready to book, but she worked with me and kept me informer as to when the best time to rent the unit. She measured the elevator for me. She made sure I had the right type of unit. And then when I did The booking directly online and did it incorrectly. She fixed it for me without issue. A unit is a unit is a unit. But, the customer service is what it's all about. Thank you, Ana!!
