Regina was absolutely fantastic to work with! Her customer service was top-notch. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to make sure I got the lowest rate possible, and the entire setup process was quick and easy. From start to finish, it took no more than 10 minutes. I couldn’t be happier with how smooth everything went. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage, especially if you get to work with Regina!

Overall the communication with this storage location is very good. I have had great services. There was a time I did not properly lock my unit and they kindly called and let me know. On another note, I am very disappointed with rate changes. I understand that the market changes. After an increase in rent in January, there is already another increase after 6 months. It is not a $25 increase but a $70 increase. It is very upsetting because I have my hands tied and have no other option at this time. I tried to look at a smaller unit and get rid of some things but there are none available which is out of anyone’s control. I should not feel I need to go into a smaller unit and get rid of things just because the rate keeps going up every 6 months by $50+. Fortunately, at this location Regina is very helpful and she is going to do her best to make it so the “damage” isn’t as bad. It will still go up but something less than a $70 increase and I appreciate her listening to my frustration and trying to do as much as she can to help me out. She also will keep an eye out for smaller units for myself.
