Every time we have gone to Extra Space Storage, we've always had a great experience. This is the fifth unit we've rented from Extra Space (we started back when it was Life Storage) and the customer service is always 10/10

It's a great storage place in the area. Renting online takes 2 minutes and the unit is ready for you when you arrive. Everything is clean and you can drive right up to the units. They have plugs to test electronics, etc. Been here years and never had a problem. Thanks guys

While initially I was thrilled, I’ve come to dislike this location based on one employee, Patricia. On two occasions less than 30 days apart she’s made me feel extremely uncomfortable, approaching me without consent or warning with an accusatory tone and condescending remarks, which were unwarranted given the circumstances. I look forward to speaking to the property manager and explaining these two unfortunate interactions. If you want to be treated with respect and decency, this isn’t the location for you. I’ll be moving out as soon as possible.
